friendly staff

Couples looking for a cozy stay

The staff were like family, especially this one person who welcomed us with a big smile and always ready to lend a hand. We even got our bags stored for free while we went on our trek, which was a lifesaver.

It wasn't exactly a budget deal, but honestly, for the experience, it was acceptable.

disturbing noise

unusable hot tub

Breakfast filling with several options.

Unfortunately, the noise from the services at the cemetery next door at 6:30 am was quite disturbing. Additionally, I faced plumbing issues that were resolved quite late in my stay. I was really disappointed that the hot tub on the rooftop was dirty and unusable during my visit.

dirty jacuzzi

poor wifi

this hotel was almost a disaster, the jacuzzi looked dirty so we didn’t even use it. the wifi, oh my, didn’t work in half the room. and would it have killed them to offer a complimentary gesture? i almost thought about giving this place a good review, but just couldn’t.

akuamarina was awesome during our wedding celebration! our spacious room was very clean and the staff went above and beyond, especially when they stored our bags for free while we trekked. breakfast was tasty with great options too!

Had an amazing 4-night stay! Loved the spacious, clean room and the tasty breakfast options. Just a bit disappointed that we didn't have Wi-Fi in our room. Would totally come back!
